Assistant Manager

The Assistant Childcare Manager will be the primary designated person in charge of the services at our new Full Daycare Service for 1-3 year olds and assist in the final stages of setting up this service (end June 2025 start).
The role will also assist the Manager who carries out the day-to-day management duties and responsibilities for the whole service.
The Assistant Manager will be required to work directly with children.
The role holder should be flexible, warm and caring, be able to carry out all tasks related to the management of the Full Day Care Service. They will be expected to work collaboratively with the well-established team as well as other stakeholders including Pobal, Tusla and Offaly County Childcare Committee.
If you have a passion for providing quality early childhood care and education to children and families and working as part of a team during exciting phase, this position is for you.
Hours: Minimum 35hrs (Flexibility depending on candidates’ suitability)
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
