Programmes Implementation Platform (PIP)

The Programmes Implementation Platform (PIP) is a new online system which will streamline the administrative processes across the three national childcare funding programmes (ECCE, TEC and CCS). The objectives of PIP are to reduce paperwork and duplication of effort, simplify administration and enable the programmes to be managed more effectively and efficiently.

PIP is an integrated web-accessible system which has been designed to enhance the service experience of childcare service providers and the other stakeholders involved such as the City/County Childcare Committees, Pobal and DCYA.

Please log on to the PIP Portal to access the PIP FAQ document and the How to Guides.

If you are experiencing difficulties or require support, please contact Offaly County Childcare Committee on 057-9135878.

If you are having problems signing into PIP, please contact Pobal’s dedicated Online Support Team from 8am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) as follows:-
