Early Years Hive
The Early Years Hive is the name for the service provider portal for Early Years Programmes (NSC and ECCE). This is a user-friendly system which has been designed to reflect the needs of providers.

If you have any questions, you can contact the Early Years Provider Centre (EYPC) by calling 01 511 7222 from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The EYPC is the designated point of contact for service providers to direct queries regarding existing Department of Children and Youth Affairs funded childcare programmes.

Programmes Implementation Platform (PIP)
The Programmes Implementation Platform (PIP) is an online system which will streamline the administrative processes across two national childcare funding programmes (TEC and CCSPlus). The objectives of PIP are to reduce paperwork and duplication of effort, simplify administration and enable the programmes to be managed more effectively and efficiently.
PIP is an integrated web-accessible system which has been designed to enhance the service experience of childcare service providers and the other stakeholders involved such as the City/County Childcare Committees, Pobal and DCYA.
