Dear Service Provider,
Programme Readiness for ECCE, NCS, and CCSP Saver Programme 2024/2025 in now available
The first stage of Programme Readiness for ECCE, NCS and the CCSP Saver Programme 2024/2025 is now available for services to complete on the Early Years Hive.
Before you can activate a funding agreement, your service must ensure that the following information is up to date for 2024/2025:
- Organisation Details
- Service Provider Details
- Primary Authorised User (PAU)
- Portal Users
- Bank Account
- Tusla Registration
- 2024/2025 Fee Table
- 2024/2025 Service Calendar (per programme)
- Qualifications and Minimum Numbers (ECCE only)
Once this is done, the Primary Authorised User (PAU) of your service can activate a funding agreement on the All Programme Applications page of the Early Years Hive.
Below is an important update on the Fee Table for the 2024/2025 programme year and guidance on programme readiness tasks for each programme.
Fee Table for 2024/2025
- This year your Fee Table is a pre-contracting condition. You will need to submit your Fee Table for 2024/2025 before activating a funding agreement for ECCE, NCS, or CCSP Saver Programme.

Support
Training: Training on programme readiness, the Fee Table and the Parent Statement is being held today and tomorrow. Training invites were posted on the Announcement page on 26 June. A recording of the training and the PowerPoint slides will be available when the training is complete.
